Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation of Lunch Orders
Lunch orders, including one-time, weekly, or monthly subscriptions, can be cancelled before 8 AM on the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made after this time will not be accepted.
2. Cancellation of Dinner Orders
Dinner orders, including one-time, weekly, or monthly subscriptions, can be cancelled before 2 PM on the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made after this time will not be accepted.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days from the time of cancellation request.
